In Memory of Bandit and Niki

Joyce Diana
The both of you showered us with your love and devotion. Losing you both so soon and close together was devastating to say the least. Bandit our White Knight huggy bear for 12 years, passed peacefully in our arms to the Rainbow Bridge, May 17th 2007. Our sweet girl Niki, stricken with Lymphoma much too young at 5 years, joined her buddy Bandit on September 25th 2007, in my arms as I whispered “Go my sweet baby, Bandit is waiting for you”. You both will be in our thoughts and hearts forever. Play happily my sweet angels, until we meet again. |

You
are the reason that I love the breed. If God
has dog shows in heaven, you certainly will
be there. You loved traveling and meeting new
friends, especially handsome young males. Your
death was sudden and tragic, just weeks before
your first entry as a veteran. Your spirit
is surrounding your kids, and you will be part
of our lives forever. We will cross the Rainbow
Bridge together. |

A
ball of hair surrounding a huge personality...this
dog made an impression on everyone, even

leaving big pawprints for the rest of the

"Forever in My Heart"
You were
an angel sent from God above
To give me dreams that could only be woven
By God and a "Busy Girl" touch.
Jesus now holds you...
So safe are you in His arms...
I praise Him each day as He has promised...
That one day...
We will embrace forever and...
With many "Krispy Kreme" moments.

Grizz
Our
first Siberian, who changed our lives forever.
Our 3 legged hero, who inspired a book and
a very special fund through which you will
live on and continue to help secure a brighter
future for all dogs, everywhere. Through your
love, we learned that although life is fragile,
love is forever. We will always love you.
Wear your silver harness with great pride
sweetheart. Our comfort lies in knowing that
we will see you again at Rainbow Bridge. Run
free in the playground of Angels until we
meet again. Thank you for the lessons you
taught us and the love you gave us.
Mommy, Daddy, Sarge and Kodi.

In Memory of "Maverick"
Verite's Top Gun O'Jetavi

Jan Alhgren
This
beautiful boy had two strikes against him,
both of which I hope all Siberians will be
able to avoid one day, through the help of
research supported by SHHF. First, despite
clear eyes on both of his parents, he developed
juvenile hereditary cataracts. Secondly,
while otherwise a very healthy happy boy,
at age three he had a routine vaccination
that triggered a reaction (IBD), with which
he suffered for three years before his life
was ended, way too soon. |

Nail
was the first Siberian Husky to complete
Championships and Obedience titles in three
countries. This was achieved owner-handled.
He was the sire of the Best of Breed winner
at the 1975 National Specialty, plus other
Champion get. He also sired many lead dogs.
He ran lead on our competition dog team
for 9 seasons. More than a successful show
dog and sire he was the ultimate companion
who is still very much missed. |
